Guided self-discovery

A conversation with your own experience.

Telos gathers parts of your life that may rarely appear in the same conversation and helps you see how they may relate.

Areas you may explore

History

Experiences that contributed to the person you have become.

Emotional residue

Difficult experiences that may still shape expectations, reactions, or choices.

Problems and pressures

Concerns that feel unresolved, repetitive, or especially costly.

Missions and values

What you feel called to protect, build, contribute, or live for.

Narratives

Stories you tell yourself about life, other people, and who you believe yourself to be.

Goals and possibilities

What you hope to create, change, strengthen, complete, or experience.

Three reflective layers

You do not need perfect answers.

A sincere answer is enough. When helpful, consider the facts, your experience, and the meaning you made.

What happened?

The observable facts or circumstances.

What did you experience?

What you felt emotionally, mentally, or physically.

What meaning did you make?

What you concluded about yourself, others, relationships, life, or the future.

Not an evaluation

Telos is not asking, “Are you answering correctly?” It is asking, “What are you beginning to recognize?”

There is no ideal personality hidden inside the questionnaire and no score that determines your worth, readiness, or potential.
